ORGANISING A TRANSNATIONAL WBL EXPERIENCE - TIPS FOR THE TEACHING STAFF

The classroom environment is an important component of any WBL program and the teacher plays a crucial role because he/she can see the whole picture and guide students to learn from each other’s experience and grow and develop in such a way to facilitate their access to the labour market.
The role of a teacher is to:
  • assist students with learning how to write good outcomes;
  • support both the student and the company tutor during the internship through visits and calls;
  • develop and deliver extra-curricular activities that will further enhance student learning at the workplace and reinforce academic learning.
